Ken Russell
Ken retired from the US Navy as a Lieutenant Commander. Having enlisted in the Navy in Hopewell he served in Viet Nam working on riverboat repair. He returned to Hopewell for a short period in 1971 to work at Hercules. Having feelings of leaving something unfinished he went back in the Navy and got involved in welding inspection. Having advanced to Chief Petty Officer he served as the senior welding inspector at two nuclear submarine repair facilities. Ken took a commission as an Ensign in 1977 under the Limited Duty (Engineer) program. He served in various Engineering management positions to include five years as the Production Officer at the Ship Repair Facility in Charleston, SC. After retiring he worked Engineering management positions in several different states before returning home to the Tri-Cities area. Ken obtained a BA in Business Administration (Management) with honors in 2002 from Saint Leo university.
Having
worked in positions of trust and loyalty that provided quality results to a lot
of customers has instilled a lot of integrity and good common sense when it
comes to Real Estate.
